Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support end-to-end operational execution for our healthcare consulting company. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and ensure smooth delivery of operational tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and support daily operational activities across projects
  • Coordinate workflows, documentation, and project timelines
  • Prepare reports, updates, and operational tracking
  • Liaise with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Travel for client/partner engagements when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and execution-focused mindset
  • Experience in healthcare or consulting is a plus
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare or related field will be a plus

Working Hours:

  • 5 days a week
  • Public holidays or weekends only when required
