We are looking for a hands-on
Post Trade Operations Specialist
responsible for executing and monitoring crypto and fiat settlements, running daily reconciliations, and resolving exceptions.

This role is part of a global team providing 24/7 coverage, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are able to work US shift hours.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and executing settlements with external counterparties in both crypto and fiat currencies.
  • Coordinating the movement of funds via digital asset custodians and ensuring all transactions are accurately completed.
  • Preparing and analyzing reconciliation reports, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Flag and investigate unmatched balances, stale settlements, or discrepancies in trade data
  • Track and reconcile balances across custodians, exchanges, bank accounts, DeFi venues, and internal ledgers
  • Support lifecycle tracking for token unlocks, margin calls, or options/structured product settlements/payments
  • Collaborating with other operational teams to ensure smooth settlement processes and mitigate operational risk.
  • Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows and processes.
  • Support timezone-based shift coverage and smooth handovers between SG, UAE / EUR, and US teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in settlements and reconciliation within traditional financial or crypto markets.
  • Familiarity with digital asset custodians and blockchain settlement processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts to ensure continuous coverage of settlement operations.

Preferred Background:

  • Background in finance, accounting, or operations within a trading or financial institution.
