JOB PURPOSE

  • The Strategy Executive supports the implementation of strategic and business initiatives within the Commercial Division. The role focuses on assisting in project coordination, progress tracking, and execution of divisional goals in line with the company's overall strategy. The incumbent is responsible for supporting data analysis, preparing reports, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic & Project Coordination

  • Assist in monitoring progress of divisional strategic initiatives, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators.
  • Support project owners in planning, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare updates and status reports for management review.

2. Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a coordination point between the Commercial Division and other departments.
  • Assist in drafting correspondence, meeting notes, and presentation materials to ensure smooth information flow among stakeholders.

3. Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and data related to divisional initiatives.
  • Prepare progress reports, summary dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis as required by the Division Head.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing materials, and following up on action items.

4. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all divisional initiatives comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of documentation required for audits, reviews, and reporting to management committees.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline project coordination processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Participate in discussions to enhance operational effectiveness and alignment with divisional goals.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Academic:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in project coordination, business planning, or strategic support within the insurance, takaful, or financial services industry.
