About the role

DRANA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and dedicated Beautician to join our dynamic team in our Seberang Jaya, Pulau Pinang spa. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional beauty services to our valued clients and contributing to the growth and success of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a wide range of beauty treatments, including but not limited to facials, manicures, pedicures and eyelash perming.
  • Providing personalised consultations to understand each client's unique needs and recommend the most suitable services and skincare products
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and well-maintained
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning and professional development
  • Actively contributing to the overall success of the spa by delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive, client-centric culture

What we're looking for

  • A recognised qualification or certification in Beauty Therapy or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Beautician in a spa or similar setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised, high-quality experience for each client
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
