About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to handle full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. This position plays a key role in supporting management with reliable financial data, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the smooth operation of the finance function.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
  2. Prepare and review monthly management reports, financial statements, and analysis for management review.
  3. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  4. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers on audit, tax filing, and statutory matters.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  7. Support the Finance Manager in cash flow management, cost tracking, and process improvements.
  8. Perform other ad-hoc accounting or reporting tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial systems
  5. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Proficiency to speak, read and write in Mandarin would be an added advantange
