Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach and influence professionals such as architects, interior designers, developers, and related parties to specify the company's products in the projects.
  • Conduct presentation to clients and propose the most suitable solutions according to the customer's needs.
  • Provide support to customers, including project site visits, product training, complaint troubleshooting, etc.
  • Provide insights to R&D in new product development, existing product improvement as well as in offering technical solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with the internal Operations team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to support the Head of Department (HOD) in sales and marketing strategy.
  • Involved in sales-related activities such as handling sales enquiries, preparing sales documents, and submitting customer activities/sales reports to the Head of Department.
  • Participate in Internal Quality Audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Success Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry or any related field is encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, particularly in the manufacturing and construction industries, will be an added advantage.
  • Curious and solution-driven mindset toward customers and products.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of products and services is an advantage.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
