Job description :

  • Overseeing, leading and monitoring the marketing team's performance to ensure achievement of audience.
  • Preparing marketing proposal for new project launches.
  • Planning suitable marketing activities/program to increase visibility and reach.
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, promotional campaigns and performance analysis.
  • Managing the marketing department's staff.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in property / real estate / project sales.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, digital marketing platforms and performance marketing.
  • Experience in project launches, event planning, and campaign execution.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to handle marketing coordination, agent engagement, and campaign reporting independently.
