Join Us as a HR Assistant Intern

PridePRO is a Regional Consulting Company headquartered in Malaysia, specializing in providing talent acquisition consultation across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore.

We're looking for a HR Assistant Intern to join our team and to gain experience in HR function.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting supervisor in managing day-to-day HR operations.
  • Supporting recruitment activities across various platforms and tools.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Preparing profiles and documentation.
  • Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records in HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Internship period of min. 13 weeks are required for better job understand and exposure.
  • Currently pursuing at least Degree or Advanced Diploma, preferably Business, Economics, Psychology, Social Studies or Mass Communication.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a MUST-HAVE.
  • Malaysian citizen and valid permanent resident only.
