What you will do:

1. Pre-Advice & Invoice Preparation

  • Generate and issue pre-advice invoices for export shipments.
  • Coordinate with haulier to ensure accurate and timely documentation is submitted.

2. Bill Passing & Payment Coordination

  • Maintain and update bill passing records in the system.
  • Verify and reconcile bills with supporting documents before forwarding for approval / payment processing.

3. Customs Coordination

  • Liaise with haulier / customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of export shipments.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting all necessary export compliance documentation.

4. Shipping & Documentation

  • Handle export container shipments.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Department regarding shipping schedules and updates.
  • Verify and compile container-related documentation (e.g., stuffing reports, packing lists, inspection reports, consignment letters) for submission to the Operations Department.
  • Monitor and follow up on trucking activities, including both loaded and unloaded container movements.

5. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics and shipping records.
  • Ensure documentation is filed properly and complies with internal and regulatory standards.

6. Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as freight forwarders and Customs agents.
  • Provide regular updates on shipment status, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.

7. Logistics Operations Support

  • Support daily warehouse activities as needed.
  • Assist the Warehouse Executive or Manager during their absence, including overseeing empty container collection and dispatch.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Male candidates are preferred for this position.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Location: Plo 66, Jalan Timah 2, Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor Darul Ta'zim.
