What you'll be doing?
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with walk-in customers, enthusiastically explaining product benefits and encouraging purchases.
  • Sales Expertise: Provide friendly sales services and advice, handling customer inquiries and demonstrating product application techniques with confidence.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Replenish stocks, arrange products attractively, and ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines, creating an inviting shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at assigned outlets and collaborate with the supply team to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Event Support: Actively participate in promotional setups, events, and product demonstrations, distributing samples and gathering valuable customer feedback.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold visual merchandising standards that align with 4U2's brand image, showcasing products in their best light.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation for learning and growth.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A pleasant and service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay, essential for engaging with a diverse customer base.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on weekends and public holidays, with a willingness to travel to various retail locations, embracing the dynamic nature of retail.
  • Retail Experience: Prior experience in sales promotion or merchandising is preferred, but don't worry if you're new to the field – comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success.
  • Physical Fitness: Able to handle product displays and promotional materials comfortably, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained retail environment.
  • Beauty Enthusiasm: Knowledge of beauty/cosmetics products and a genuine passion for helping customers look and feel their best.
  • Transportation: Must possess own transportation to ensure reliability in reaching various work locations.
