Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of orders
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
  • Optimise warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Oversee the performance of warehouse staff, providing training, support and motivation to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery to customers
  • Analyse warehouse data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Job Requirement:

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a warehouse management or e-commerce fulfilment role, preferably in the retail or logistics industries.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and order fulfilment processes..
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools.
  • A driven and results-oriented approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry.
  • Mandarin speaker is preferred to liase with Mandarin speaking clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
