Job Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management: Draft, review, and revise daily contracts to ensure legal compliance, completeness, and clarity of terms. Classify contracts for management, establish contract archives, track contract performance, and promptly identify and alert risks during contract execution.

2. Intellectual Property Support: Assist in managing the company's intellectual property portfolio, including applications, maintenance, and management of trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Monitor the use of company intellectual property to prevent infringement risks and handle straightforward IP disputes.

3. Litigation and Non-Litigation Support: Assist in handling litigation matters such as lawsuits, arbitration cases, and labor dispute arbitration. Collect and organize relevant evidence materials, draft legal documents. Participate in non-litigation legal affairs, including assisting with due diligence and preparing legal opinions.

4. Legal Consultation and Training: Provide daily legal consultation services to all company departments, addressing legal issues encountered in daily operations. Assist in organizing internal legal training activities to disseminate legal knowledge and enhance employees' legal awareness.

5. Legal Documentation and Records Management: Collect and organize legal documents, regulations, and policy materials related to company operations and management. Establish a legal information database to provide timely and accurate legal information support. Manage the company's legal affairs archives, ensuring their integrity and security.

Position Requirements:

1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. Excellent multilingual contract review skills, proficient in reviewing and drafting legal documents in English (CET-6 level), Chinese, Malay, and Indonesian to support legal compliance for multinational operations.

2. Work Experience: Minimum 2 year of corporate legal experience, or outstanding recent graduates. Prior internship experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.

3. Professional Skills: Familiarity with fundamental laws and regulations such as contract law and corporate law. Demonstrated ability in drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts. Understanding of intellectual property management, litigation procedures, and related legal knowledge. Strong learning aptitude and legal reasoning skills to rapidly acquire new knowledge and competencies.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and communication abilities to collaborate with all company departments. Proficient in Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing to address legal inquiries. Demonstrated teamwork spirit with proactive support for team objectives.

5. Other Requirements: Diligent, meticulous, and highly responsible with strong confidentiality awareness. Proficient in office software and legal research tools.
