Job Description:

Join our Telesales Executive Insurance team and help customers find the right insurance products for their needs. Your role includes reaching out to leads, promoting insurance packages, and providing clear explanations to help customers make informed decisions. You'll handle follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and work with internal teams to run campaigns smoothly. This role offers strong growth potential and the chance to earn rewarding commissions.

Office Location: Menara Southpoint (On-site)

6-Month Contract | Monday–Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: RM2,800
  • Commission: performance-based ( Basic + Comms up to RM4k or more)
  • Annual Leave: Prorated (1 month = 1 day AL)

What You Will Do:

  • Contact customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to promote insurance products (Motor, Travel, Personal Accident, etc.)
  • Have engaging, needs-based conversations to match customers with suitable insurance products
  • Follow up on leads promptly and update all customer interactions in the CRM
  • Stay updated on insurance campaigns, pricing, and product changes
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Share feedback on customer objections, sales scripts, and overall lead quality
  • Report performance and sales insights to the Business Development Lead

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in BM & English; Mandarin is a strong plus
  • Persuasive, proactive, and motivated to meet targets
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working fully on-site
  • Willing to undergo basic product or compliance training if required
