Job Description
Your Mission

As a professional Graphic Designer at CUSTA, your mission is to handle design creation and reviews requested through our e-commerce platform and sales channels. You will also respond to creative requests from internal teams such as marketing and product development. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing e-commerce operations before and after the design process.

Through your designs, we expect CUSTA to become a more appealing and trustworthy platform for a wide range of customers

Key Responsibilities

Creating Attractive Graphic Designs: Plan, design, and propose engaging visuals for print materials, customized products, and personalized gifts.

Design Review & Consultation: Review designs submitted by customers, sales, and customer service teams. Provide prompt and accurate support, including corrections and design advice.

Web Banner Design & Photo Editing: Develop impactful social media visuals and digital marketing banners to drive customer engagement.

Project Progress Management: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and no missed deadlines.

Customer Support and Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers about their designs and orders to ensure a positive experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer service, sales, and product development teams to craft compelling campaigns and enhance brand perception.

Other Design-Related Activities: Provide on-demand support for various design-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirement

Essentials

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design for paper products or corporate gifts
  • Experience creating digital marketing banners, photo editing, other creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent proficiency in English, including communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, integrity and respect for others.

Plus Factors

  • Experience in publishing, such as catalogue or magazine layout editing.
  • Experience in streamlining and automating Illustrator workflows.
Basic Information
  • Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of becoming permanent after 3-6 months)
  • Work Style: Onsite - 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
