You will be joining a fast-paced operations environment within a leading Oil and Gas Manufacturing company based in Johor.

Your new role

As a Contracts Management Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Lead contract authoring and enablement by collaborating with sourcing teams, vetting clauses, and ensuring systematic contract tracking and compliance.
  • Manager post-award contract administration to ensure smooth execution through monitoring documentation, approvals and prompt verifications.
  • Oversee contract performance through KPIs, vendor evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise expediting and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with plant needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholder engagement and governance to address non-compliance and align with procurement policies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in Contract and Procurement function would be an asset in the oil and gas industry.
  • Expertise in managing contracts
  • Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and relevant IT tools.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking in English.
  • Able to adapt to change and sustain operational excellence between market and supply chain volatility.
