We are looking for a Marketing Intern to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and certainly must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Help Chief Marketing Officer with his day to day marketing activities
  • Plans and executes all web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns related to the Property Management industry
  • Handle all matters related to digital marketing
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Assist in content writing for publications, such as newsletters, press releases, event speeches, research reports, brochures, and corporate deck.
  • Coordinate with agents to create marketing campaigns
  • To plan and execute events (Marketing and non-Marketing)
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Marketing, Communications, Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Must be technological savvy
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills and Editing,
  • Self-Motivated and have Strong Leadership Skills,
  • Strong Attention to Detail,
  • Candidates with Real Estate Marketing background is an added advantage
