About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Event & Marketing Assistant (Preferably Male) to join our fun and growing team

You'll work closely with our Event & Marketing Leader to plan, organize, and execute exciting brand activities from baby fairs and mall activations to festive campaigns like Christmas, New Year, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, creative thinking, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events such as baby fairs, mall activations, and roadshows.
  • Support booth setup, dismantling, logistics, and stock coordination during events.
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and develop in-store or seasonal marketing concepts.
  • Coordinate with retail stores and event partners for trade marketing activities.
  • Prepare and manage event materials, merchandise, and displays.
  • Help with social media or live campaign activities during big events.
  • Provide support in post-event reports and marketing follow-up tasks.

Requirements

  • Male candidate preferred (due to logistics and setup responsibilities).
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply (training provided).
  • Interest in events, marketing, and baby or lifestyle brands.
  • Able to work on weekends and travel for events.
  • Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Possess own transport (car).
  • Energetic, creative, and willing to learn.
