· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
· Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitable outcomes.
· Develop and implement tailored account strategies to maximize growth and retention.
· Plan and manage the full sales cycle to optimize opportunities and close deals.
· Execute both strategic and operational sales plans to achieve KPIs and company objectives.
· Analyze market trends, risks, and financial viability to identify potential opportunities.
· Safeguard company interests by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, including tenders.
· Collect market insights and client feedback to continuously improve sales performance.
· Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.
· Oversee post-sales follow-up and account servicing to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Min 5 years' experience as an Accounts Manager, or in a role.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
· Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market data and financial feasibility.
· Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
· Willingness to travel when required.
