About the role

Trimas Auto Electrical Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. The role is based in our office in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
  2. Provide HR support and guidance to employees on matters such as benefits and company policies
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  5. Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite,
  5. Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, keen attention to detail and capable priorities task matter
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  7. Basic knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and HR practices
