Kipinä, the world's fastest-growing Finnish-inspired international preschool network, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse to join our first campus in Eco Majestic, Semenyih.

Role Description
This full-time role of a Nurse is based on-site at Kipinä Eco Majestic in Semenyih. The Nurse will provide daily health assessments and first-aid care for children, maintain accurate health records, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also includes educating staff and families on hygiene practices, administering prescribed medications as necessary, and collaborating with teachers to promote overall wellness among students. The ideal candidate will foster a caring and safe environment that supports the health and development of young children.

Qualifications


• Licensed nursing credentials with demonstrated clinical skills in pediatric or early childhood care.


• Experience in health monitoring, record management, and medication administration.


• Knowledge of hygiene, infection control, and health and safety regulations within a childcare or educational setting.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.


• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support children's overall wellness and development.


• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in the health and well-being of children.


• Basic understanding of early childhood education systems is a plus.
