A client who built designed places for the community with reputable track record is on their continuous improvement. With that dedication, they are now seeking a skilled individual for the position of Business Development Manager (Property - Residential and Commercial).

About The Job
In this role, you will manage the land acquisition and strategic planning activities within the real estate sector.

  • Analyse property market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Study competitor's new property developments, make comparisons, and provide recommendations for product development.
  • Conduct research and due diligence for potential real estate opportunities, including site investigations and data assessment.
  • Perform in-depth research and feasibility studies for new land/projects, considering revenue and cost breakdowns, with a focus on affordable township projects.
  • Create presentation materials and conduct market research for specific areas of interest.
  • Participate in preliminary project planning, including concept and design.
  • Coordinate with government agencies or liaison departments for newly acquired land/projects.

Skills And Requirements

  • Possession of a degree in real estate management, building, quantity surveying, or marketing
  • A minimum of 8 of relevant experience in the property development/ property management sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, a proactive and positive work demeanour
  • Proficiency in the latest State Housing Policies and State Planning Department directives
  • Willingness to travel as and when necessary
