We're a fast-growing packaging & retail company in Kuching, looking for a fun, motivated Retail Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team.

What You'll Do
  • Greet and serve customers in our retail shop — help them find what they need and ensure they leave happy.
  • Handle simple invoicing, paperwork, and product enquiries.
  • Head out to meet new customers, promote products, and build relationships when necessary.
  • Keep the shop neat, display items nicely, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Share customer feedback and ideas for improvement — your voice matters
Who We're Looking For
  • Female (preferred) – aged 20–35, friendly, energetic, and loves talking to people.
  • Cheerful personality – we want someone who can brighten up the customer's day
  • Speaks Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu & English (bonus if you know Sarawak dialect).
  • SPM or above – fresh grads welcome.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, invoice entry).
  • Able to work retail hours (including weekends/public holidays when needed).
  • Have own transport or willing to travel around Kuching for customer visits.
