Job description

  • Responsible for retail channel (modern trade and general trade) sales achievement in the assigned branches/region.

  • Track, monitor and analyze products, channel and customer sales trends.

  • Work with distributor sales team to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects i.e distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation.

  • Provide market intelligence pertaining to market trend and competitor activities in the respective region.

  • Provide sales operational support to sales team and assist in day-to-day coordination.

  • Responsible for data maintenance and execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data.

  • Manage and track trade spend including Advertising & Promotion fund and provisions and payment to distributor.

Job specification

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC companies.

  • Experience in retail trade channel is desired. Working experience in other trade channels will also be considered.

  • Experience in managing distributors is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (E.g. pivot table, V-lookups, Index/Match function), PowerPoint and Words.

  • Strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
