Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support light gauge steel structural frame (LGSF) production operations.
  • Prepare drawings, technical designs, and machine working files for LGS framing production.
  • Design tiny houses and customised LGSF structural frames based on project requirements.
  • Manage material ordering, logistics, import/export shipping, and overall production distribution.
  • Improve and implement cost-effective production flow and productivity systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials and international building codes, especially for Australia.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment within the production facility.
  • Support quality control of completed products and structures.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) design and production.
  • Proficient in Vertex BD BIM software (for steel frame design and production).
  • Able to travel when required for project coordination or site support.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

Location: Kulai, Johor

Salary: Up to RM4,500/month + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
