Job Description

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ELV system integration across all project phases.
  • Ensure ELV systems (BMS, EPMS, CCTV, ACS, PA, Fire Alarm, etc.) are designed and implemented to meet data center standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align integration timelines and deliverables.
  • Oversee system testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
  • Manage protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, and ensure interoperability across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Support the development of smart building solutions and dashboards for client visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ELV systems integration, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS, EPMS, and intelligent building systems.
  • Proficient in open protocols (Modbus, BACnet), IP networking, and Windows server environments.
  • Excellent project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
