Job Description
- Receive and process bookings, ensuring accurate cargo details and special handling instructions.
- Follow up with customers to address queries and secure bookings.
- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including documentation and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth execution of import and export shipments.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Logistics or related fields.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding operation procedure in air freight is added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and etc.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
