Position: M&E, HVAC Engineer / Manager

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Salary: upto RM6k (based on experience)


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and review HVAC and M&E systems based on project requirements and local regulations
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and M&E systems
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Maintain documentation and support project reporting
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational systems

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in HVAC or Electromechanical Engineering
  • Holder of a nationally certified engineering license
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa (able to work with Chinese, Malay, and English documentation), Basic document writing ability
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Skilled in AutoCAD and related design/office software
  • Familiar with Malaysian HVAC and M&E system design standards and construction requirements
  • Responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering quality engineering solutions
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
