Executive Analysis

JOB PURPOSE

• To manage compliance data collection across MISC Group for the purpose of compliance quarterly reporting and other relevant reporting in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• To assist the Manager in monitoring and tracking completeness and accuracy of assurance reports and data inserted into the Compliance Dashboards.
• To ensure accurate and timely periodical analysis and reporting e.g.: Integrated Annual Report/ Sustainability Reporting, and compliance global benchmarking on whistleblowing/compliance & ethics.
• To ensure Compliance digital platforms, i.e. Compliance Management System (CMS) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function efficiently without experiencing downtime.
• To act as WB Administrator and assist WB Secretariat in processing of the whistleblowing reports in accordance with the Whistleblowing Management Procedure (WMP).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and prepare reporting by gathering relevant data from various sources and stakeholders across MISC Group of Companies, consolidating it into a clean, structured, and coherent format, analyzing the information to identify trends or issues, and preparing comprehensive reports with actionable insights and support decision-making processes within the Compliance Department, Legal Division.
• Supporting the Manager in overseeing the monitoring and tracking various compliance and ethics related activities and programmes, including working closely with the BU/SU/Subsidiaries to ensure all reporting requirements on quarterly attestations, annual self-assessment checklists, and consolidated breach/incident report, are provided in a timely manner.
• Responsible for reviewing and generating assurance reports and creating Compliance dashboards that provide insights into compliance status and performance/achievements for the quarterly reporting to Board Committees and other relevant stakeholders i.e. PETRONAS/Regulators/Enforcement Agencies/etc.
• Lead in conducting regular analysis on compliance data which includes preparing reports such as the Integrated Annual Report (IAR) and Sustainability Report (SR) and benchmarking to compare compliance and ethics including whistleblowing metrics against industry standards and/or best practices/MACN available toolkit or established programmes.
• Act as the Super Administrator for Compliance Department digital platform/system i.e. Compliance Management System (CMS) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and responsible being the main focal person for the following:
• Continuously review and recommend digital platform/system enhancements and improvements in ensuring 100% alignment with Compliance policies and procedures including with the global best practices/industry standards in collaboration with relevant Stakeholders.
• Lead in designing, development, and selection of digital platform/system solutions, focusing on functionality, security, and performance - alignment with cybersecurity and data governance policies and ensuring applications meet all requirements, policies, and standards.
• Lead in training, documentation, and user acceptance testing efforts with vendors/service providers and related Stakeholders within MISC Group of Companies.
• Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive compliance data with the assistance from Compliance Non-Executive.
• Configure digital platform/system settings to align with compliance policies and operational needs including management and keeping records of the digital platform/system issues, maintenance, and renewal.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of compliance data entry into the digital platform/system by users and other relevant stakeholders (if applicable).
• To ensure all whistleblowing reports via the WB Channel or redirected for investigation by PETRONAS WBS that are assigned by the line manager to be processed must be done in accordance with the Whistleblowing Management Procedure (WMP).
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience with working experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Legal, or Business Administration, or related business management field.
