Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM6,000

Job Scope:


•Identify and approach new potential clients through calls, visits, referrals, and online leads.


•Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.


•Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and presentations.


•Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.


•Conduct site visits to understand project requirements.


•Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.


•Conduct regular follow-ups and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.


•Coordinate with designers, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth job flow and delivery schedule.


•Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.


•Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality expectations.


•Monitor job progress and keep clients informed on status, delivery, or installation schedules.


•Prepare sales reports and update management.


•Gather customer feedback, competitor activities or market trends to help improve services.

Job Requirement:


•Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory if strong experience).


•2–3 years of working experience in sales, customer service, or related role (experience in printing, signage, or advertising industry is an advantage).


•Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for site visits, measurement, photo taking, and quotation preparation when required.


•Willing to work occasional overtime or weekends (if project deadlines require).


•Able to participate in sales meetings, product training, or exhibitions when required.


•Able to work independently with minimal supervision


•Language proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
