Part-Time Customer Experience Executive

Work Arrangement:
- Minimum 2 consecutive days per week (may include weekdays and weekends)
- Full working hours on scheduled days: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break) or until task completion
- Payment based on tasks completed
- Work Location: Fully work from office — 1 Tech Park, Bandar Utama
We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Experience Executive to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction through prompt, professional, and empathetic support.
This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering great customer service while working on a flexible, task-based schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer communications (mainly via chat and calls) from initial contact to resolution, escalating issues to relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain a solid understanding of company products to assist customers effectively.
- Provide timely, accurate, and courteous assistance to customers.
- Own the customer feedback loop — gather insights and relay them to internal teams to improve products and experiences.
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold service excellence.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely turnaround and quality responses.
- Share ongoing feedback on customer trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and product updates.

- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of responsibility
