Salary: RM6,000 – RM7,000 per month

Our client, an award-winning spa and wellness brand, is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead daily operations at their premium outlet. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure exceptional service standards, support team performance, and maintain smooth, efficient spa operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of daily spa operations, including sales performance, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ staff to deliver top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and ensure monthly targets are consistently achieved.
  • Maintain a superior customer experience by managing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Track, review, and report outlet performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in spa, beauty, or wellness management is preferred.
  • Independent, confident, and able to work on rotational shifts and weekends.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM6,000 – RM7,000
  • Incentives: Commission + Allowances
