We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals,

Job Requirement

  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Develop processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Developing and coordinating with marketing on lead generation

Added advantage:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in sales
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills Experience setting sales goals

If you have smart home related experience, your application will be prioritized. We offer very competitive sales commission structure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM10,500.00 per month
