Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including seminars, workshops, and conferences, to connect with business owners and offer our services.

Client Engagement: Attend events and engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, offering our solutions when appropriate.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with event attendees, business owners, and clients, fostering trust and collaboration.

Cross-selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services offered by JP Asia Capital, maximizing revenue potential.

Goal Achievement: Work towards performance targets and earn a substantial income for top performers who build strong client relationships and cross-sell effectively.

Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interested in training and development.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in business networking.
  • Sales experience and the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities is a plus.
