Machine Operator - Production (Blow Moulding)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our Production team. This role involves operating and monitoring blow moulding machines for Can container manufacturing. If you have hands-on experience with plastics production and a keen eye for quality, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor blow moulding machines (including mold changes, parameter settings, and start-up procedures).Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet dimensional and visual standards.Load and monitor raw materials (resin, HDPE) as required.
  • Adjust machine settings to resolve minor defects and maintain consistent output.
  • Report mechanical issues or defects to the maintenance and quality team.
  • Maintain machines and workplace cleanliness according to 5S and safety standards.Record production data (output, scrap, downtime, material usage).
  • Support maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.1–3 years of experience in operating blow moulding machines, preferably in plastics or industrial packaging.
  • Experience with extrusion blow moulding and HDPE materials is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a production environment and handle shift-based schedules.
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
