Job Description:

  • Monitoring Sub-con company performance include the stock level and production schedule, orders, material request, completion and delivery back.
  • Daily work closely with sub-con company, QA, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Resolve issue related to delays, quality defects, or capacity constraints with subcontractors.
  • Prepare daily and weekly production reports, update systems with production data and subcontractor transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder
  • Microsoft Excel function such as IF, SumIF, Vlookup and etc.
  • Basic knowledge for Microsoft tools.
  • Able to solve issue independently.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • We will welcome both experience and fresh graduate.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
