Outlet Manager: RM3000-RM3800

Area Manager: RM4000-RM5000


Job Description:

  1. Operational Management:

  2. Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

  3. Ensure all outlets adhere to company standards for quality, service, hygiene, and safety.

  4. Conduct regular outlet visits and audits to monitor performance and compliance.

  5. Sales & Profitability:

  6. Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and profit targets for all assigned outlets.

  7. Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve business performance.

  8. Manage cost control (food cost, labor, wastage) and ensure budget targets are met.

  9. Staff Management:

  10. Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to deliver excellent customer service.

  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs.

  12. Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and staffing requirements for all outlets.

  13. Customer Service & Experience:

  14. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across all outlets.

  15. Handle escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.

  16. Ensure consistency in service delivery and product quality.

  17. Marketing & Promotion:

  18. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

  19. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.

  20. Reporting & Administration:

  21. Prepare and submit operational, financial, and performance reports to senior management.

  22. Ensure all outlets comply with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

  23. Strategic Planning:

  24. Assist in setting business goals, expansion plans, and outlet improvement initiatives.

  25. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
