JOB MISSION
As a premium supermarket in East Malaysia, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible by differentiating through quality, service, and curated in-store experiences. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible to manage customer service. She also entertains to customer enquiries and services provided, register new card member, member redeem points or receive complaints from customers. She also functions as the liaison between an organization and its members. This includes answering queries, providing information, devising regular communication activities and maintaining membership records.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• To handle all questions, information requests and complaints regarding membership.
• To process membership applications, renewals and resignations.
• To maintain and updating membership records.
• To assist with member communication activities.
• To collect data, tracking membership statistics and preparing reports.
• To develop and implement strategies to recruit new members.
• To coordinate with the accounting department to track membership revenue.
• To prepare membership-marketing materials.
• To perform any other related duties assigned by the management.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
• Minimum SPM/ STPM/ diploma or similar field.
• At least 1-2 years' experience.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work on 2 rotating shifts
• days work week including Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays
