Requirements * 1-5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Marketing. * Minimum Diploma, or any degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. * Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written). * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, presentation. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Action and solution-oriented mindset. * Independent & self-motivated. Responsibilities: * Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling and networking. * Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's services and effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. * Presenting and pitching company products or services to potential clients and partners. * Negotiating and closing deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements. * Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts. * Monitoring and evaluating market and industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends. * Conducting regular performance evaluations, setting goals, and implementing strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business development function.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
