About the role
Become an integral part of the administrative team at Mr Bagus Malaysia. In this full-time admin executive position based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining detailed records
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Coordinate and organise office operations, such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
- Support the implementation of administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the management team
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential
