Standard Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise stewarding team to ensure cleanliness and smooth kitchen operations.
- Oversee dishwashing, cleaning, and proper handling of equipment and utensils.
- Ensure all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen equipment, china, glass, and silverware.
- Coordinate with Banquet and Kitchen teams for equipment and food pickup needs.
- Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and chemical handling.
- Monitor staffing levels and daily operations to meet service standards.
- Inspect work areas, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating stewarding staff.
- Support improvement of service performance and cost control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
