We are recruiting for a Clinical Sales Specialist, preferably with experience in nursing, clinical support, and/or sales of medical devices in the operating theatre. This role will serve as the primary representative for our surgical devices portfolio. The main responsibility of the selected candidate will be to provide clinical support, education, and training to operating theatre (OT) staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-service training and provide regular product updates to ensure customers are technically proficient.
  • Offer clinical support, education, and training to OT staff and other relevant hospital departments.
  • Assist in marketing activities to help maximize the company's sales achievements.
  • Maintain regular contact with key specialists, nurses, and technical staff.
  • Manage inventory control and stock consignment, including expedited stock deliveries to customers when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, biomedical science, biology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in clinical support; prior experience in gynecology/surgery and an existing network of gynecologists is preferred.
  • Quick learner, team player, and able to work independently.
  • Mature and capable of handling stress while providing case support in operating theatres.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and takes pride in work.
  • Strong communication skills with a vibrant and engaging personality.
  • Willing to travel outstation.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
