Lash Lift Specialist (Full-Time) – Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Location: Bangsar Telawi, KL

Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,600 (based on experience & performance)

Start Date: ASAP

Experience: Not required, full training provided

We are a fast-growing lash lift studio in Bangsar, proudly one of the sponsors of The Chic Code Podcast, and we're looking for someone patient, detail-oriented, and naturally good with their hands.

What matters most to us: attitude, consistency & willingness to learn.

Your Role

Perform lash lift treatments following our step-by-step SOP

Work gently and confidently around the eye area

Maintain hygiene of tools, equipment & treatment bed

Communicate professionally with clients

Apply trainer/management feedback promptly

Assist with basic studio tasks (resetting beds, tidying)

What We're Looking For

Good hand skills (makeup, crafts, nail art, henna, etc.)

Patient, meticulous & detail-oriented

Coachable and open to feedback

Able to follow SOPs exactly

Reliable, disciplined & punctual

Comfortable working near clients' eyes

Neat, clean & professional grooming

Able to work retail hours, weekends & PH

Legally allowed to work in Malaysia

What You'll Receive

Full lash lift training (no experience required)

Basic salary: RM2,200 – RM2,600

Performance Incentives:

No MC / No Lateness: up to RM500/year

Loyalty Incentive: up to RM500/year

Ongoing training & development

Work in a modern, cosy, Instagrammable Bangsar studio

Working Hours

10:00AM – 7:00PM or 12:00PM - 9:00PM (5.5 days/week)

OFF on Wednesdays
