Job Scope for Internship - Admin

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing for eCommerce orders
  • Liaise with vendors, internal marketing and operation teams on operation matters, such as product promotion, product margin, order cancellation and delivery
  • Upload marketing content in e-commerce platform and participate in sales promotion such as payday, double-day and festival sales.
  • Provide after sales support to customers
  • Assist in preparing eCommerce related reports

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree of Business Administration/ E-commerce/ Marketing or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office and basic networking will be added advantages.
  • Applicants must be in the last semester of study.
  • Applicants must have good communication skill and customer service.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley and Selangor (Peninsular Malaysia) for outstation if required.
