Job description

The Global Content and Engagement Marketer will be responsible for leading content development and management, campaign execution and community engagement across multiple markets. Balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, this role will shape our global brand voice, create compelling content – ensuring that brand messaging is consistent globally while resonating locally – and support market teams in driving awareness, engagement, and growth. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1.

Content Development and Marketing

  • Develop and execute content strategy, calendar and amplification plans for brand and product, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives
  • Apply brand message house and narratives of the year to create and manage both high quality content including but not limited to articles / blog posts, guides, social media posts, advertorials / paid content narratives as well as strategic communications such as whitepapers, thought leadership pieces, event talking points, award submissions, PR liaison
  • Partner with local market teams and/or agencies to adapt and localise content for relevance, and distribute / amplify
  • Work with internal teams to gather and implement content requirements, creating and managing owned channel content updates (website, social media channels)
  • Keep a pulse on macro and market developments, trends to create contextually relevant content as well as initiate A/B testing as one way to build repository of customer insights and content best practises across markets
  • Provide view, create reports on content marketing performance

  • Content, Campaign and Community Management

  • Work closely with brand to deliver cohesive and consistent brand voice across all campaigns and touchpoints across markets

  • Support localisation of campaigns for market specific relevance
  • Build and grow social community engagement across platforms (online, offline), developing processes and playbooks where needed, to increase engagement, and foster meaningful interaction and advocacy
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain GTM toolkits including but not limited to pitch decks, case studies, sales collateral
  • Create and maintain a centralised repository of GTM resources including but not limited to market research, customer insights, campaign templates, content pieces for Business to use
  • Develop an avenue to facilitate knowledge sharing where business units and marketing teams can share success stories, challenges and lessons learned to enable more collaborations / identity potential areas of collaboration among Business units and cohesive execution amongst marketing teams

Job Requirement

  • 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, brand campaigns, community management ideally in a regional or global capacity
  • Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Proven expertise managing multi-market campaigns and working with local agencies
  • Passionate about brand and using content to deliver brand awareness and experience
  • Familiarity with digital channels (Linkedin, SEO, CMS, CRM, social platforms) and marketing tools
  • Strong project management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence across diverse teams and markets
