About the role

As an Account cum HR Executive at ONEASIA GLOBAL LOGISTICS SDN. BHD.', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial and human resource operations. This full-time position is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, and will involve handling a variety of accounting and HR-related tasks to support the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
  2. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  3. Handling payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and HR documentation
  4. Providing support in employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and HR regulations
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial and HR processes

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or HR role, preferably in a logistics or similar industry
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and HR management systems - AutoCount
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Ability to work independently by travelling to handle external tasks with minimal supervision - Bank/EPF/SOCSO and other required tasks (Petrol Allowance will be provided)
