The ideal candidate should have more than one year of experience in accounting or finance-related work and be able to manage day-to-day financial tasks efficiently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, statements, and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payment.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
