Role Summary:

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational support to Ecolab's Global Business Services (GBS) teams. You will drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Consultation:

  • Provide forward-thinking HR support on strategic and operational issues.
  • Assess organizational culture and recommend actions to improve performance and engagement.

Employee Relations & Development:

  • Act as the primary contact for employee relations, performance management, and development.
  • Lead initiatives in succession planning, change management, and organizational health.

Talent Management:

  • Support annual talent planning, salary and bonus processes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to fulfill recruitment needs.

Training & Development:

  • Facilitate training programs on performance planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Coach and develop managers to build leadership capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/MA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Fluent in English.
