What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, budgets and timelines
  2. Coordinating and managing cross-functional project teams, including client, consultant and subcontractors
  3. Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or risks in a timely manner
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant engineering standards, building regulations and health and safety requirements
  5. Liaising with clients, stakeholders and regulatory bodies to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns
  6. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior project staff
  7. Documenting and reporting on project performance and outcomes

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a Civil Project Manager, preferably within the construction industry
  2. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a valid professional engineering registration
  3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects, on time and within budget. Having experience in managing JPS-related project(s) will highly advantage.
  4. Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  6. Proficient in the use of project management software and engineering design tools
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior staff
