Sunway House Student Residence at Sunway Education Group welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above stated vacancy with the following job specifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repair works as per work orders or team lead's instructions, ensuring all completed works are properly documented and reported.
  • Inspect and resolve complaints promptly on the same day where feasible, ensuring all work orders are completed without unnecessary delays.
  • Ensure customers acknowledge resolution of their complaints and accurately document all work details for records.
  • Supervise service contractors to ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Perform handyman and plumbing tasks, including troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
  • Conduct daily inspections of M&E installations and report operational conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in the related field. Candidates with the Certificate of Recognition from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Ability to stay-in (on rotation) to perform duties after office hours.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
