The duties:

  • Responsible for securing new tenants, managing the full leasing process, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Prepare proposals, agreements, forecasts, and occupancy reports, while keeping leasing records accurate.
  • Monitor market trends to support strategies and oversee retail lot and kiosk sales reports.
  • Tenant Relations: Maintain strong tenant relationships, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and conduct regular site visits.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with legal, facilities, fit-out, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth leasing transactions and proper handover in line with tenant requirements.
  • Responsible for drafting and finalizing documented work processes and SOPs for the department

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Good in AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator for reviewing and preparing layout plans or presentations.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leasing, tenancy management, or property management (mall or retail leasing experience preferred).
  • proven track record in negotiating and securing tenancy agreements.
  • Experience in coordinating fit-out works, including reviewing tenant design submissions and ensuring compliance with mall design guidelines.
